Collective Train

The Collective Train program at Apple Valley Strength and Conditioning Collective is a group fitness initiative that offers participants a supportive and motivating environment to work out together. Collective Strong4Life

Collective Strong4Life is a progressive strength and conditioning program designed to help you build muscle, increase bone density, improve balance, and move with confidence in everyday life. The program focuses on foundational strength training, smart conditioning, and functional movement patterns that support long-term health and performance. Workouts are structured, coach-led, and scalable to meet you where you are — whether you're returning to training, building a strength base, or looking to maintain and improve your physical capacity.

Collective Express

Collective Express is a 30-minute, coach-led program designed to fit real life. With cardio-focused sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and strength training on Tuesday and Thursday, the week is structured to provide a balanced, well-rounded approach to fitness. Each class is efficient, approachable, and scalable for all levels, whether you’re just getting started or returning to a routine.
